Izzy’s Journey to Operations Manager
Izzy recently joined the team as an Operations Manager in the North West region and has a considerable amount of experience in children’s residential care. She is already working hard to develop the region, ensuring we continue to provide excellent childcare, and support our staff in the best way possible.
Outstanding training at First Blue Healthcare
Izzy originally started as a residential support worker and has worked her way up through the ranks at various organisations, giving her the experience to be confident in her role. Izzy has enjoyed attending a variety of training sessions and feels this is something that sets First Blue Healthcare apart from other organisations.
Maintaining a work-life balance
Maintaining a work-life balance is important to us at First Blue Healthcare. Out of work, Izzy enjoys cold water swimming, rambling, holidays and spending time with family and friends. Izzy has a fantastic sense of humour and is fast becoming well-loved by the staff and young people.
