We pride ourselves at having some amazing people who work with the children in our care, this is from office staff through to all the teams and managers.
This month we want to take the opportunity to talk about our Bellhurst children’s residential home Manager Kim Murray. Kim has not been with us for long but is a huge inspiration to her team, the children and young people she looks after, and her colleagues.
An Inspirational Leader
She is kind, caring, and considerate and never forgets to thank people for their hard work and dedication.
Kim does have another side to her personality as you can see from the photo below. Recently as part of a communtiy based project she dressed up as an Elf and has also offered to visit some of the young people in our children's homes as the Elf.
Kim sprinkles fairy dust wherever she goes, and we are honoured to have her working with us.
