Woodlands is a large and modern children's residential home with an abundance of light and airy space for children and young people to enjoy. Set within the quiet village the young people benefit from access to an array of local amenities such as local leisure centres and sports clubs. The team here at Woodlands pride ourselves in providing a warm, welcoming and nurturing home where children and young people achieve the best possible outcomes. 

Here at Woodlands we recognise that education is key to personal growth and, as such, fully support children and young people accessing education; whether that be by transporting them to school or through supporting them with work at the home.

Therapeutically Informed Practice

Our staff team are trained in the PACE therapeutic parenting model, which is complemented even further through training delivered by a wide range of experts. Included as standard within our offer, we also provide 1:1 play therapy sessions for children and young people residing in our homes. Please visit our therapeutic care page to learn more.
