Mabel was successful in her application and transitioned easily into the role of home manager.

She became registered with Ofsted a couple of months later and soon after this, Mabel had her first inspection where the home received a rating of Good.

First Blue Healthcare were in the process of opening a new home. They advertised the position of registered manager internally.

Dave applied for the role, and following a formal interview—was successful.

Dave's journey to achieving registered manager status took some time due to a range of factors. As Dave's confidence grew, so did his passion for working with young people.
